Suwada Trunk Splitter, 210mm, made in Japan.
• Used to split and bend thick bonsai branches or trunks, and to create jin (deadwood) features.
• Has no cutting edge, letting it split wood along the grain without damaging the vascular bundle inside.
• Also used for pruning and training fruit tree branches outside of bonsai.
