For counterboring afterwards with the anchor bolt still in place.
- Counterboring can be done afterwards even if it was forgotten before the members were assembled.
- Can re-counterbore when the anchor bolt is already in but the counterbore is too shallow.
- Set a guide or drill instead of the pipe for normal counterboring.
- Pipe inner diameter 12.7 mm, for 12 mm anchor bolts.
