The pointed-tip version of our weeding brush is made for the weeds other tools leave behind — those growing deep in narrow gaps between bricks, blocks, and paving stones. Developed in response to many requests for a sharper-tipped design, its narrow point reaches into tight, intricate spaces that sickles, hoes, and brush cutters cannot.
It excels on the tough weeds rooted in cracks in concrete, asphalt, and paving. Rather than spraying herbicide and letting them wither — which only makes these fibrous weeds harder to pull or cut — you scrape them out at the base, working the blade along the surface without worrying about chipping the edge.
How it works
The corrugated blade is meant to wear as you use it: the edge gradually develops a saw-like, serrated profile that bites into weeds in hard gaps, so it keeps cutting even against concrete. The more you use it, the better the edge forms; for extra bite, sharpen the tip on a concrete surface before use.
Please note
Compared with the standard type, this pointed shape develops its serrated edge more slowly. Once the tip rounds off, simply re-sharpen it on a concrete surface. The blade is removable, so the product can be separated for recycling and disposal.
