• Unusually thin blade design accesses tight gaps and resists deforming sheet metal when removing spot welds.
• Made of high-speed steel (HSS, SKH-51) heat treated to HRC 60 or higher, versus HRC 57 for standard chisels, for high wear resistance, impact resistance, and sharpness.
• The thin double-edged blade enters cleanly and can be driven into narrow gaps without deforming thin sheet metal.
• Side cutting edges allow work in narrow spaces, and the short distance from the striking face to the blade transmits hammer blows directly for stronger cutting force.
• The edge can be re-sharpened with a grinder.
• Used for auto body work, spot weld removal, cutting thin sheet metal, cutting rusted bolts, tile repair, block and brick splitting, and chipping work in tight spaces for plumbers and electricians.
